Here’s a new set of Richard awards

That’s the “Illingworth Annual Fickle Finger of Fame Award” to be awarded every year about this time.
But from time to time there may be a special award know as the ISFFFA or the
“Illingworth Special Fickle Finger of Fate Award” for groups or individuals who by some
act or omission made a name for themselves in the history of mankind.

There will be several degrees of awards depending on the circumstances of the selection
for the award.

One award is the “Erect” category for outstanding and meritorious service above and
beyond the call...”

“The Erect Award goes to Oak Ridges MPP and Aurora resident Frank Klees who was
recently nominated as the Progressive Conservative candidate in the riding of

Newmarket/Aurora for the October 4, 2007, provincial election.
He is continually front and centre as a member of the opposition.
He is the education critic and has brought the plight of autistic children, bullying in the schools, and other issues dealing with education to the fore as he tries to keep the McGuinty Liberal government on the right track.

He also interceded with the Health Minister to obtain a hospital bed on behalf of a constituent who was unable to obtain a hospital bed for a deathly ill family member.

In another case he was able to get assistance for a bedridden man who had been cut off by a government agency due to a change of residence.

When Klees first broke into the political scene in the Aurora area he was known as “Frank Who?”

Now he’s known as “Frank Can”.
